Kim Macleod - Stress The Positive
I spent 20 years working as a Human Resources Manager in various sectors, then trained in NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT and positive psychology saw the light and created Stress the Positive in 2006. My purpose was to help people find a way to cope with depression, stress and anxiety so they could let go of the negatives and create more positive and happy lives. Less than a year later my wonderful son Calum, died from meningitis aged 12. I suddenly found myself having to use all the skills I had learned to help myself and my family cope with our darkest time. I knew that I could be happy again, my son deserved to be honoured in this way. I share my journey back to happiness and practical tips that help me to feel happier. Life is for living, living a happy life benefits not only ourselves but those around us. I now help individuals and organisations create more happiness.
